Humidor Not Cooling

Remove the back panel to ensure that warm air is being expelled from the back of the unit

Inspect fans to confirm they are spinning
-
If there is no warm air being expelled, check the PC Board(s) for a solid green and a solid red light
-
If there is not a solid green light and a solid red light on, replace the PC Board
-
If the lights are on and no warm air is being expelled, replace the cooling kit
-
If the lights are on, warm air is being expelled, but the fan is not spinning, replace the fan
-
If the cooling kit has already been replaced, send the humidor in for repair
-
If the unit is not reaching desire temperature, please make sure the ambient room temperature is higher than the unit to increase to the desire temp.
Display Not Showing Full Numbers or Buttons Not Working

Replace the temperature control board
Display Flickering
-
Remove gasket from upper portion of door, followed by the 2 screws behind it to access the temperature control board
-
Gently pull on wires to make sure the pin connectors are properly connected to the pins on the temperature control board
- If they are connected properly, replace the temperature control board
Light Not Turning On
-
Replace the light
Condensation On Glass
-
Check the gasket for any tears or holes that would allow air to flow into the beverage cooler
-
If the gasket is torn or ripped, send a replacement. If it isn't, check the door for damage that might be causing an improper seal

Send a replacement door if the door is damaged
Humidor Not Powering On
-
Check the PC Board for a solid red and a solid green light
-
If one or both of the lights are not on, replace the PC Board
-
If both lights are on, replace the temperature control board
-
If the control board has been replaced and the unit is still not powering on, send the unit back for replacement
Humidor is Wobbly
-
Make sure the unit is on an even surface
-
Make sure the unit has all the feet it should and that they have been adjusted accordingly
LO Error Code
-
There is an issue with the NTC sensor, which the newer models no longer have. The PC Board and Cooling Kit would need to be replaced
-
If replacing the PC Board and cooling kit does not fix the issue, there could be an internal wiring issue and the entire unit would need to be replaced
Displaying Incorrect Temperature
-
Use an external temperature sensor to confirm the displayed temperature
-
If external temperature sensor is off by 5 degrees or more, replace the humidor
Not Maintaining Humidity
-
Make sure the humidor is properly seasoned before use
-
If the humidor is properly seasoned before introducing cigar and it is still not maintaining humidity, have the hole in the back inside of the unit plugged. This can cause humidity to escape
Making Loud Noise
-
If the wine cooler is making a loud noise, there could be an issue with one of the fans. Locate the fans on the inside and outside of the unit and inspect them
-
Make sure they are clear of dust and debris and that the fan is spinning properly. IF there is an issue, replace the fan
-
If everything looks fine but the sound is obviously coming from a specific fan, replace it
