Please call us at 1-855-963-9247 or email us at support@newair.com so that we can arrange for your unit to be picked up and a replacement unit sent out.
If your unit was shipped by freight carrier (large items) please take the below steps when your unit is being delivered:
• Before you sign for your freight delivery, inspect the packaging. Make sure there is no visible damage that is not normal scuffs on the packaging. If you notice visible damage, please refuse the shipment.
• The freight driver is required to wait for you to unpack and inspect your shipment before you sign for delivery. If you notice visible damage on your unit please refuse delivery of the shipment or note the damage on the Bill of Lading.
