Tools Needed:
- Phillips screwdriver (Size PH1)

First remove all the visible screws to expose the internal components from inside the shell.

Remove this screw to open up the control box. This is where a PH1 bit size matters.

Remove the connection between the fan motor and the power control board.
- Now, remove the fan motor capacitor which should be fastened onto the unit.
- Remove these four mounting screws that secure the motor to the housing.
- Look to the fan blades and rotate until this small black screw is visible. Remove this final screw to free the fan motor.
- Replace the fan motor and reverse from step 6 to install the motor and reassemble the unit.
