FlipShelf™ Door and Hinges Replacement

Door, upper hinge, and lower hinge replacement for both 180 can FlipShelf™ units. Applicable to the SWB180SB00 and NWB180SS00.

Tools Needed:

  • Phillips screwdriver
  1. Lay the unit backwards at an angle.

  2. Direct your attention towards the bottom hinge. Using your screwdriver, remove the screws securing the fixed plate with the hinge bushing to release the door from the bottom.

  3. Now the top hinge is accessible. Remove your old top hinge and screw in your replacement.

  4. Before you insert your new door into the top hinge bushing, make sure this bottom hinge plate is inserted into the bottom door hole. During this step, the angled bottom plate may be unscrewed and replaced if applicable.

  5. Now the top of the door can be secured into position.

  6. Now screw in the bottom hinge plate through the slots of the angled plate. The screws should be in the rightmost position before tightening.

  7. Now, your hinges and door replacement is complete.
