This door replacement guide is applicable to all NCH250 units.

The following unit used for this demonstration is NCH250N201

Locate and remove the top hinge cover to reveal the hinge. You will need to wedge your flathead between the cover and the door.
With the cover removed, disconnect the two bundles of wires and remove the 4 screws of the top hinge.
The door should be able to be lifted from the bottom hinge. Keep the washers in an around the hinge bushing.
Now insert your replacement door in the hinge bushing,
Your replacement door should have wires threaded through the top hinge. Make the connection between your new door and the unit.
Make sure the door of the unit is aligned before you secure the top hinge with the screws removed in step 2.
Tuck the wires in the top hinge and secure the hinge cover. Your door replacement is now complete.
