While looking at the backside of the unit, locate two screws near the top. Remove these screws and the top plate should be able to lift up.
To completely remove the top, slide forward and unclip from its socket
Use flathead screwdriver to pry off the upper hinge cover.
Use your impact driver/drill with the Philips head to unscrew the hinge as the screws are very tight.
Remove the hinge from the wire, which runs down through the door. Use your needle nose pliers to flatten the wire if needed.
Insert your new hinge and align it with the hole insert inside the door.
Fasten the new hinge onto the unit.
Curl the wire in the groove of the hinge and place the hinge cover over it. Opening the door all the way may make this easier.
Align all components and place the top plate back on. Don't forget to screw it on from the backside as shown in Step 1.
